Want to learn how to record and create music on a computer? Electronic music production class is a beginners environment for learning how to play, record and program your own musical creations. This class is taught by Steven Teijeiro Jr, a self taught musician and sound engineer. Steven loves to play drums and do vocals with his friends, and play piano. He is also a DJ and freestyle rapper / MC, and enjoys writing poetry and lyrics. Students will learn through a variety of activities including, • creating drum rhythms • experimenting with musical scales to learn how to play melodies • performing music for the class • playing together with friends as a band • and more! Students will be responsible for the safe operation of musical instruments and equipment including iPads and synthesizers. Parents assume liability for any damage their children may incur on equipment due to improper use. Electronic Music Production class is a safe space for learners of all levels and abilities, gender identities, races, religions etc. No Class 4/10 week
